I really enjoyed my conversation with my connection. While we are both doing very different work, we’re also facing similar challenges. It was exciting to hear from someone on the other side of the globe and how their approaching their work.
The Partnership Hive is the digital center of the Partnership Program, designed to foster intentional, high-value connections between small to mid-sized nonprofits, funders, corporate partners, and field experts. Beyond the annual summit, the Hive ensures equitable access to the relationships and knowledge you need to build capacity and drive lasting change.

Build Something Together:
We’re all about connection and camaraderie—but just so we’re clear:
The Hive is not a space to sell your services or find clients.
It’s not a place to recruit volunteers or board members.
It’s not about pitching your nonprofit or fundraising asks.
That said—do professional collaborations, mentorships, job referrals, and real friendships happen here? Absolutely. But they’re built on trust and shared purpose—not transactions.
YES, but this community is for connection and relationship building not quick transactions. We ask that you leave the pitch decks in your drawer and be open to asking questions, listening and genuinely connecting with your match.Â
Matched members have absolutely gone forward to explore funding relationships, but it happens long after the initial chat!
The Partnership Hive is a place to connect with fellow changemakers and enhance your missions through collaboration.

My interactions with Tiffany was amazing. She was so open and ready to help. She later shared some resources that could be helpful in our programmes. I [would] like to meet her again and again if possible. She lifted my spirit.

I had such a great time chatting with my new connection. We talked about new partnership opportunities and how we could help each other navigate broader networks. We both walked away with actionable items to follow up on. A great 30 minute meeting!!
