Opportunity details

Partners for Children South Los Angeles (PCSLA) serves as a vital source of support for young children and families in one of the community’s most underserved areas. At the heart of our work is a clear mission: to expand access to quality healthcare, early learning opportunities, and essential family supports. Our mission is realized through our core work – System of Care, a collaborative network of more than 50 partner organizations working together to provide comprehensive, coordinated services. Through our System of Care, families benefit from a seamless continuum of care that includes intake, screening, assessment, referrals, individualized care planning, case management, tracking, and ongoing evaluation. Children and families have access to so many critical services, including medical, dental, vision, mental health, housing, childcare, employment, early intervention, parenting, anger management, domestic violence, and so much more. Since our inception in 2013, we have served over 15,000 individuals and our very important work continues. To support our growing effort, we are seeking funding opportunities and new partner agencies.
