Mission

Founded in 2012, the mission of Youth Business Alliance (YBA) is to help students discover their dreams and embrace their brilliance through real-world business experiences that build confidence, career opportunities, and life-changing skills. Our core curriculum covers soft skills, career readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. YBA programming is delivered to high school youth during class, after school, and through clubs, ensuring accessibility for all students.
