I started this company because I believe in calling things what they are — and building systems that actually work for the people doing the work.
I’ve worn nearly every nonprofit hat: fundraiser, event manager, grant writer, program coordinator/designer, board wrangler, executive coach, and fire putter-outer. I’ve helped grassroots orgs secure their first major grant and guided legacy institutions through overdue transformation.
At the heart of my work is a belief in community over competition, honesty over performativity, and infrastructure that doesn’t collapse under pressure.
