Production Pathways

A free program designed to create sustainable career pathways in live event production and digital media. Tailored for underrepresented youth ages 18–30, Production Pathways combines in-person and remote learning, hands-on experience, and direct networking with employers and industry professionals. Curriculum covers: Understanding the creative economy · Introduction to A/V production · Audio deep dive · Technical production training · Industry-standard safety practices — and more. Participants integrate their skills through the summer concert series, fee-based production services, and events with program partners.
