Our services are tailored for nonprofit employees who dedicate their careers to moving missions forward.

Tier 1:

100% free coaching for all low-and-moderate income (LMI) staff while your organization is on the “Roadmap to Fair Pay.”

You Receive:

  • No-cost services for all LMI staff
  • Subsidized rate for all middle and upper income staff

Requirements

  • Leadership must provide an already-established plan, or commit to creating a plan detailing the organization’s transition toward a sustainable, livable wage model for all staff members.

Tier 2:

Once 100% of your staff is paid above the comfortable living wage benchmark your organization receives a permanent 40% discount

You Receive:

  • 40% discount on all coaching and counseling services.
  • "Fair Pay Certified" badge for Partner Profile.

Requirements

  • 100% of your staff wages are at or above the comfortable living wage benchmark.
