Eligibility | Please confirm the following for your organization:

Active member of Partnership. LA (Powered by Haven Services)
Demonstrated outreach with LMI/immigrant/LEP communities in LA County
Capacity for evenings/weekends outreach January - June 2026.
Ability to host two VITA events (minimum 100 registrations each)
Ability to post weekly on social media, and recruit workshop attendees.
General liability insurance (can be finalized at award) and current W-9.
Organization must meet all of these criteria by award date.

Active member of Partnership. LA (Powered by Haven Services)
Demonstrated outreach with LMI/immigrant/LEP communities in Los Angeles County—specifically within the languages you propose (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Armenian, Korean, Tagalog)
Capacity to operate evenings/weekends in those languages (document staffing/coverage), as needed from January - June 2026
Staff able to produce accurate translations and conduct calls/emails in covered language(s)
Ability to post weekly, meet translation turnaround deadlines, complete at least 2,000 calls and 500 emails
Ability to host two VITA events (minimum 100 registrations each)
General liability insurance (can be finalized at award) and current W-9.
Organization must meet all of these criteria by award date.

Bilingual English/Spanish instruction
Familiarity with ITIN processes and IRS interaction basics
Capacity to meet all deliverables, including evening/weekend sessions
Current W-9 and general liability insurance (can be finalized by award date)
Good standing with the IRS and the State of California
Organization must meet all of these criteria by award date.
